In a recent interview, Rogen commented on the matter and revealed that he does not want to work with Franco, years after the sexual misconduct case was filed against the actor 5 years ago.
Seth Rogen shared that he will not be working with James Franco
While speaking with The New York Times, Rogen revealed that while he and Franco have worked together in the past, it’s not something he wants to do again anytime soon.The actor did not want to share too many details about this sensitive topic, however, he gave little information about it. “I honestly think the nuance of it is too personal for me to get into right now. It’s a very personal thing,” he said during the interview.
He added that his point of view on everything related to the issue remains the same. He added sarcastically: “There’s the public side of it, which I’ve talked about, and I have the same public position that I’ve been taking, and I think the evidence is there – I haven’t worked with him in years. But the personal side of it is very subtle, and it involves people I don’t know if I should be drawn into this.”
Rogen concluded his statement on this matter and revealed that the two had not been in contact during the past two years. He added: “I haven’t worked with him for a long time and I don’t have any plans to. I haven’t spoken to him for a long time.”

The duo has been actively working together in various projects and have been close friends for a very long time. They both began their careers with “Freaks and Geeks,” adding to their long-standing bond.
Over the years, they continued to work together on various projects, including “Pineapple Express,” “This Is the End,” as well as “Sausage Party.”The last time they worked together was in 2017 in the film The Disaster Artist.
