However, weekday business has slowed to a trickle. According to Sacnilk estimates, the film collected a net collection of INR 80 lakh on the 18th day. The latest figure represents a 60 percent drop compared to the Rs 2 lakh crore earned the previous day.With the addition of the latest figures, the film’s net collection in India has risen to Rs 47.75 crore. India’s GDP currently stands at Rs 56.70 lakh crore.The 18th day’s acts came from 2,703 shows played across theatres.
Earlier in its first week, the film collected Rs 2.75 crore in its opening on Wednesday and Rs 2 crore on Thursday.The film completed its first week with gross earnings of Rs 29 crore. Over the third weekend, collections improved slightly before slowing again on Monday.The film earned Rs 1.75 crore on the 16th and Rs 2 crore on the 17th before falling to Rs 80 lakh on the 18th.
Overseas earnings drive global numbers
The film has collected Rs 7.65 crore in total overseas collections so far.
The latest numbers have pushed its total global collection to Rs 64.35 crore.The Hindi version recorded an overall occupancy of 11.81 percent on the 18th day. The evening shows performed comparatively better and recorded an occupancy rate of 14.23 percent.
