Audience reactions and reviews were mixed
The film is receiving mixed reviews online. A viewer shared, “First of all you have to appreciate Vignesh Shivan’s effort for such a plot, even if the performance is not as good as we think, Krithi Shetty for me was not good at all, Pradeep was ok but SJ Suryah was my favorite performer, Anirudh also carried the film with his music, other than that, the film was really average, but it was not a flop, not an unwatchable film.
Nice comedy in the second half to make up for the mediocre first half with very nice interludes. Watch time 1-2, good return to Wiki.”Another comment noted, “It is packed with many fun elements and features many Tamil Instagram influencers. Whenever the film seems to slow down, there is a comedy scene to keep it engaging. Pradeep’s acting was good. Seeman also did a good job. Anirudh Ravichander’s two songs were nice and stayed put throughout the film.”
SJ Suryah has his usual style of acting, but is still fun to watch. It’s a fun movie, but it uses comedic scenes as a mix.
