SA Chandrasekhar reacts to Thalapathy Vijay's son's 'Jana Nayagan' controversy; “We expected these problems,” he says.

The journey of ‘Jana Nayagan’, starring Thalapathy Vijay, has been full of challenges from the beginning. The film was delayed in getting the censorship certificate and subsequently fell prey to a massive piracy leak.

All these things delayed the release of the film and with the Tamil Nadu elections also, the film faced major delays.

Amid these developments, veteran director and Vijay’s father SA Chandrasekhar spoke about this matter and this is what he had to say.

SA Chandrasekhar says Vijay anticipated the challenges

In a recent interaction with Behindwoods, SA Chandrasekhar revealed that Vijay was fully aware of the hurdles the film would face. “Don’t say you didn’t expect trouble,” he said. When Vijay signed the film, he told the producer… “You are making a film when I turn to politics.

“I hope you are aware of the obstacles that the film will face.” He added that none of the current issues were surprising. “He knew he would face obstacles.

That’s why he said the same thing. It was well anticipated. “We are not shocked,” he explained, and his statement shows that the team was anticipating the potential challenges even before the film began.

SA Chandrasekhar’s stance on hacking leak

Speaking on the issue of piracy, SA Chandrasekhar strongly condemned the act and shared his concern.

“Criminal minds attack the heart first and then cut off the financial path,” he said. He also addressed speculation about political involvement, describing it as normal for people to think this way but did not confirm anything. According to him, the situation should not be over-analyzed without evidence.

Delays, arrests and uncertainty surround the release of Jana Nayagan.

Directed by H Vinoth, ‘Jana Nayagan’ also stars the film.

In the wake of the leak, police arrested some people, including a freelance editor who appears to have accessed the footage. The film is still on trend as the audience is eagerly waiting for its release.
