Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, entered its fifth weekend at the Indian box office with a notable slowdown, as remake Bhooth Bangla impacted its collections.The film, which started its fifth week on a subdued note, collected nearly Rs 2.70 crore nett on Friday. According to Sacnilk, it witnessed a strong recovery on Saturday with an estimated value of Rs 4.65 lakh crore, followed by further growth on Sunday, where it made around Rs 5.20 lakh crore. According to estimates, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge has now reached an India gross of Rs 1,115.67 crore.
Meanwhile, its global collections have reached an estimated Rs 1,756.64 crore with the overall India tally making up an estimated Rs 1,335.54 crore while the total overseas estimates are estimated at Rs 421.10 crore.
‘Dhurandhar 2’ chases ‘Baahubali 2’ record
With a global gross of around Rs 1,757 crore, Dhurandhar 2 is currently the second highest grossing Indian film globally. It trails only Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which holds the record with earnings of around Rs 1,788 crore – ahead of just Rs 31 crore.
