YouTuber Valkyrae has spoken out strongly about streamer Nina Lin, saying she believes Nina should not be allowed to return to Twitch after a series of controversies. While discussing the live broadcast, Valkyrae responded to Nina Lin’s recent return to the platform and said that she was shocked that the comment was so short.
She pointed to several previous incidents, including sexual assault allegations involving creators DisguisedToast and Said, as well as Nina’s recent arrest in New York. According to Valkyra, these repeated situations show a pattern of behavior that should have led to a permanent ban rather than a temporary suspension.
Valkyrae believes that Nina Lin should never return to Twitch due to repeated controversy
During her stream, Valkyrae expressed her confusion over Twitch’s decision to allow Nina Lin back on the platform.
She said she could not understand how someone with so many charges and serious incidents could come back so quickly after being suspended.
One situation she referenced involved allegations from a 2025 Creator Event where DisguisedToast said he felt uncomfortable during a meeting with Nina Lin. Nina allegedly interrupted him during the massage and made unwanted physical contact, which later sparked an online debate about consent and behavior at creator events.
Valkyrae also mentioned another resurfaced clip from 2024 involving Saeed, FaZe Silky’s sidekick. In this video, Nina Lin was accused of physically grabbing him while other creators were present. These incidents, according to Valkyrae, were not isolated and formed part of a recurring pattern that the platform should have taken seriously. She added that when multiple disagreements occur over time, a short suspension does not seem like a sufficient punishment, and tougher measures may be needed.
Valkyrae highlights Nina Lin’s return on Twitch and arrest fears in New York
Along with the previous allegations, Valkyra also brought up Nina Lynn’s recent arrest in New York City. The incident reportedly occurred during the celebrations in June 2026, when Nina was seen climbing onto a moving delivery truck while filming herself. The police later arrested her on charges of disorderly conduct, and she was released shortly after with court notice.Valkyrae said that when this arrest is added to the previous controversies, it becomes difficult to understand why Twitch allowed Nina Lin to return to the platform so quickly.
She questioned whether the platform was compliant with its rules for creators who face repeated serious allegations.Nina Lin has previously apologized for some of her actions and contacted them “Unforgivable,“But criticism from other creators and viewers has continued. Some people believe her apologies were not completely sincere, while others believe she should be given another chance. The debate over Valkyrae’s comments has divided the online community. Some viewers agree with her and want tougher penalties for content creators involved in serious allegations. Others believe that the situation is more complex and that all parties should be carefully considered. As of now, Twitch has not released any new public statement regarding Nina Lin’s status. The controversy surrounding her return continues to grow, especially after Valkyrae’s comments brought new attention to the issue.
