Lucy Harrison, 23, a woman with a British passport, was shot dead by her American father on January 10 at her home in suburban Dallas, Texas. Harrison’s boyfriend, Sam Littler, pursued the case in Cheshire, England, after he claimed that Texas authorities did not pursue criminal charges against the father, Chris Harry.

She claimed that Chris and Lucy had a “big argument about Trump” at Prosper’s residence near Dallas. A deadly shooting occurred on Tuesday over a petty argument.

Chris Harrison, however, denied the allegations and claimed that Lucy was shot due to an accidental discharge.

Who was Lucy Harrison?Lucy Harrison was from Warrington – a town between Manchester and Liverpool. Harrison, along with her boyfriend Sam Littler, visited Lucy’s father and his family in Prosper last week. Littler, who is pushing for an investigation into the case in the UK, claimed that an argument broke out between Chris and Lucy on the morning of January 10.

“Chris and Lucy had a pretty big argument that resulted in Lucy running upstairs and getting upset,” Littler said. Later that day, another argument broke out between the two in an upstairs bedroom when Littler said he heard a loud noise. He alleged that he saw Lucy lying on the floor with a gunshot wound while Chris was “screaming…nonsense.”

As mentioned earlier, the allegations have been disputed by Chris Harrison, who claimed that he suffered an alcohol relapse and that Lucy was accidentally shot while he was showing her his new handgun.

“As I raised the gun to show him, I suddenly heard a loud noise,” he said in a statement at Cheshire Coroner’s Court. “I didn’t know what happened. Lucy fell over immediately.”

Chris Harrison appeared in a UK court via video conference.
