“Today” show host Savannah Guthrie has issued a statement regarding the disappearance of her 84-year-old mother. Investigators indicated a possible abduction from her residence in Arizona while she was sleeping.

His family reported his absence to authorities on Sunday afternoon local time.
The sheriff’s department said investigators do not believe Nancy Guthrie left her home voluntarily and was taken from her home early Sunday morning.

Savannah Guthrie asked for prayers for MomIn an Instagram post Monday evening, Savannah Guthrie asked her followers to pray during the ongoing investigation.
“Thank you for lifting up your prayers with us for our dear mother, our dear Nancy, a woman of deep conviction, a good and faithful servant,” Guthrie wrote.
“Raise your prayers with us and believe with us that this moment he will be lifted by them. Bring him home,” he added.
