An X post by HoopsCrave on February 20 claimed that Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner have broken up after three years together. This post sparked a discussion among X users, with skepticism and humor. Some users questioned why Jenner’s relationship status made headlines at all, citing the normalcy of breakups in everyday life. Others mocked past high-profile relationships.

Many X users expressed skepticism about the report, pointing to recent sightings of the famous couple together. Others reacted with mock heartbreak and surprise.

However, the account is clearly a parody, as stated in the context card attached to the post. The card also stated that Chalamet and Jenner were photographed kissing on February 17, which contradicts the breakup claim.

Additionally, HoopsCrave describes itself as a parody account not affiliated with PopCrave.

What the facts show

Current verified reports confirm that Chalamet and Jenner are in a public relationship, have been photographed kissing and attending events together, and have publicly acknowledged their partnership at awards ceremonies.

There is no confirmed evidence to suggest that they have separated at this time. The post from the parody account should not be treated as a factual report.

General appearances

In January 2026, Chalamet won the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Actor for his role as Marty Mauser in Marty Supreme, a 1950s New York film about a ping-pong player. While accepting the award, he thanked his fellow nominees, the cast, and director Josh Safdie. At the end of his speech, he publicly acknowledged his partner, Kylie Jenner, saying, “And finally, I’ll just say, thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation.”

Vogue reported on January 11 that Chalamet and Jenner have kept their relationship largely private, but have made several public appearances that have delighted fans. Highlights include their first public appearance at Beyoncé’s birthday party in 2023, cuddling in the US Open final, and attending award shows like the Golden Globes, Academy Awards, and Critics’ Choice Awards together.

Their European appearances included Paris, Berlin and London, where they were photographed together on press tours and on red carpets, often coordinating outfits.
