After examining the documents for about two hours in a secure reading room at a Justice Department satellite office, Massey and Rep. Roe Khanna said they identified at least six people whose names were redacted to the public despite criminal implications. One, Massey says, is “quite high” in a foreign government.

Massey cryptically wrote in an X-Post that “a sultan seems to have sent this,” identifying the infamous email exchange between Jeffrey Epstein and a redacted sender about a “torture video.”

In an email exchange, Epstein wrote to the sender, “Where are you? You’re fine, I liked the torture video.”

Epstein emailed with Sultan Ahmed bin SulaymBloomberg reported that Epstein exchanged emails with Sultan Ahmed bin Sulaym, the Dubai-based chairman of DP World, one of the world’s largest port operators.

According to reports, the email exchange took place well after Epstein was convicted of procuring a minor for prostitution in 2008.

According to the email, Bin Sulayem wrote a very personal and candid message to Epstein. In a September 2015 communication with Epstein, Bin Sulayem referred to a foreign exchange student at a university in Dubai, writing, “He’s engaged but now he’s back with me. Amazing body, best sex I’ve ever had.”

However, HT.com could not independently verify whether Massey’s reference to “Sultan” is linked to any specific individuals named in the recently reported Epstein emails, including Sultan Ahmed bin Sulaim.
