Preliminary Hearing D4vd: Celeste Rivas' Family Lawyer Describes Crime Scene Photos 'Gruesome'.

New details emerged during the D4vd singer’s preliminary hearing as Celeste Rivas’ family attorney spoke about the video evidence shown in court. After the hearing, attorney Patrick Steinfeld told TMZ that the crime scene photos were extremely disturbing and distressing for Celeste’s family.

He said the images were so shocking that Celeste’s mother cried throughout the hearing. D4vd has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and the allegations will continue to be examined as the case moves through the legal process.

Speaking outside the courtroom after Tuesday’s hearing, Patrick Steinfeld shared what he saw inside the courtroom. According to him, the photos presented as evidence were “horrific” and difficult to look at.

The photos were so disturbing that Celeste Rivas’ mother, Mercedes Martinez, cried throughout the hearing and never recovered from seeing the photos, Steinfeld said.He also described one moment when Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman asked an LAPD detective what one of the photos showed. According to Steinfeld, the detective replied that it was Celeste’s head. He claimed that the condition of the remains was so serious that it was impossible to identify them as the body of a person.

Steinfeld also said he believes the evidence presented during the hearing is… He added that in his opinion, D4vd should be sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole if proven guilty.

Prosecutors summarize the allegations as D4vd pleads not guilty

Prosecutors allege D4vd lured Celeste Rivas to his rental home in the Hollywood Hills and killed her because she planned to expose their affair. They also claim that her dismembered body was later left inside a Tesla registered to the singer.D4vd has denied all these allegations. He pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.The charges include first-degree murder under special circumstances. The prosecution also accused him of lying, committing the crime for financial gain, killing a witness to the investigation, committing lewd and lascivious sexual acts with a person under 14 years of age, and mutilation of a human body.This is just the prosecution’s claim, and no court has issued a ruling yet.

The legal proceedings are still ongoing, and both parties will continue to present their sides as the case proceeds.This is where the preliminary hearing comes in, because it gives the judge an opportunity to determine whether there is sufficient cause to begin a trial. Currently, D4vd is still considered innocent of all charges, according to the law, until convicted in court.
