A surveillance image showing a possible suspect in the stunning disappearance of Nancy Guthrie may have been released as soon as Tuesday afternoon, according to top law enforcement officials. She was reported missing on January 31.

(AP)NBC News was the first to report the progress in a case that has shown minimal visible progress over the past 10 days.

Guthrie, 84, was reportedly taken against her will from her residence in Tucson, Arizona. However, no suspect has been identified in her disappearance so far.

On Friday, investigators obtained footage from a Circle K located about seven miles from Guthrie’s residence.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos previously verified that blood discovered on the outside porch of Nancy’s residence matched her DNA.

Savannah and the siblings are asking for the public’s helpSavannah, 54, along with Annie and their brother Cameron Guthrie, have issued a series of pleas for the safe return of their mother, who was abducted by law enforcement suspects. On Monday, February 9, the TODAY anchor shared a video on her Instagram to express “some thoughts as we enter another week of this nightmare.”

“I want to say first of all, thank you so much for all the prayers and love that we’ve felt — my sister, my brother and I. And our mom,” the Today co-host said. “Because we believe that somehow, he’s feeling these prayers and God is lifting him right now and in this dark place.”

“We believe our mother is still there,” he continued. “We need your help. Law enforcement is working around the clock, trying to bring him home, trying to find him. He’s been taken and we don’t know where. And we need your help.”

Meanwhile, the authorities are continuing to investigate the ransom note. One was sent to two news organizations last week. Another emerged on Monday, requesting $6 million with a payment deadline of Monday.

The FBI has announced a $50,000 reward for any information that could help in the case.
