Madonna finally said it out loud. The biopic she wrote, which she was going to direct, and in which Julia Garner actually played herself, has died. The reason, as she put it, is “the fall.” That’s the phrase, isn’t it? Mysterious enough to protect everyone. Loaded enough to make us skinny.
