The Saudi Ministry of Hajj unveils a discount initiative for pilgrims via the Nasuk card.

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a new initiative offering offers and discounts to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims through the Nasuk card, with the aim of improving their overall experience during Hajj. The NSOK card serves as an official identification for pilgrims as well as individuals working in the Hajj system. It is required to be carried at all times, from arrival to the Kingdom until departure, including while moving between the holy sites.Under the new initiative, cardholders will be able to access special offers and services from a group of national companies. These benefits cover multiple sectors, including retail, transportation, catering, hospitality, healthcare and entertainment.

Details of participating entities are available through the NSOK platform. The Ministry said that the initiative aims to facilitate access to services and enhance the comfort of pilgrims, while raising the general level of service provision during Hajj and Umrah.Officials also highlighted the role of chambers of commerce in supporting the program, describing them as a link between the ministry and the private sector, which helps attract more companies to the initiative.

Besides its role in providing access to discounts, the Nsuk Card remains an essential document for pilgrims, allowing them entry to holy sites and ensuring smoother movement throughout the Hajj period. The Ministry stressed that carrying the card is mandatory at all times during the Hajj period. The initiative reflects ongoing efforts to improve facilities and services provided to pilgrims, combining identification, access and additional benefits into one system.
