Florida man stops at Chick-fil-A on horseback in viral video: 'Gas prices must be crazy'

A Florida man has gone viral after riding his horse through a Chick-fil-A area, leaving employees distraught.Felipe Delamora shared a video of the unusual visit, filmed on March 21, which shows him riding a horse as it passes through the drive-thru lane of the fast food restaurant.

The clip was recorded from his glasses and went viral on the Internet.“I was on my way home from a ride on my horse, and I was thirsty, so I stopped through the Chick-fil-A area and had an amazing interaction with the employees,” Delamora said, explaining the moment. The footage captures the back of the horse’s head as it walks down the trail. As Delamora approaches the ordering area, employees react with surprise and excitement to the unexpected customer.A worker named Mike was heard saying, “How are you? How are we doing today?” He then asked him and a colleague if they could record the moment, and Delamora replied: “Come on.”The exchange is ongoing. An employee asks the name of the horse, and Delamora reveals that its name is Gitano. Another worker appears to be lost for words as the situation worsens. At some point, a car approaches from the driveway behind them. “It’s better if no one comes into this hallway,” Mike says, hoping to avoid any disturbance.

When the car chooses a different path, he reacts with relief by saying, “Yes, yes, yes,” while clenching his fist.Still amused, Mike looks at Delamora and adds, “Please tell me you’ll get food.”According to Delamora, employees inside the restaurant were already aware of the horse’s arrival. One worker mentioned they were talking about it after seeing the animal on the camera system. The video cuts off before the order is completed, with Delamora later explaining that the battery he was using for filming died. Despite the surprising ending, he praised the cast, writing: “[Michael] And the rest of the staff were great!”The clip has since attracted a torrent of reactions online. Mike himself appeared in the comments, writing: “I’m the worker, I was in complete shock.”
