FaZe Lacy has officially left CORE, the content group that only launched about two months ago. The broadcaster shared the news on June 28 and said the decision was mutual. While many fans initially thought something bad had happened, Lacey clarified that there was no drama between him and the group.
Instead, he said his career goals have changed. He wants to focus on opportunities outside of streaming, including acting, modeling, and other entertainment projects, which makes it difficult to fully commit to CORE.

Lacey announced his departure through a short message and video, in which he wished the remaining CORE members well. He said things simply “didn’t get along” No longer, but he made it clear that both sides agreed to the decision.
The streamer compared his exit to KSI leaving the Sidemen while still supporting the group. He said he will continue to cheer for CORE and hope it succeeds.Lacey also explained that he has recently been given new opportunities outside of live streaming. According to him, he wants to explore acting, modeling, and other entertainment ventures. For this reason, he felt it was better to move away from CORE rather than try to balance everything at once.
