The confusion began with a viral screenshot shared by the X account. It showed what appeared to be Erica Kirk criticizing Drowski’s video, followed by a sharp response from the comedian. The post even claimed Drusky said he never mentioned her name, suggesting she “told it herself.”But when users returned to Druski’s actual Instagram posts, those comments were nowhere to be found. The interaction simply doesn’t exist there.
A community note added to the viral post also clearly pointed this out, saying that the screenshot was not real. So, what seemed like a heated exchange online, turned out to be something created and shared without evidence. No verified source reported any direct conversation between the two.
No real response from Erica Kirk or Drew “Drusky” DeBordes as rumors swirl after the skit
As the video continued to gain views, another allegation also began to circulate, which was that Erika Kirk sent a cease and desist letter to Drusky.
But that story also collapsed. A representative for YouTuber Druski told Newsweek that no such legal notice was sent.Meanwhile, there has been no public reaction from Erika Kirk herself. She has neither posted about the skit nor addressed Druski directly on any platform. The only major political reaction came from Ted Cruz, who reshared the video and wrote that it was “under contempt.” Even then, his comment did not confirm any connection between Kirk and the sitcom. One thing is clear, while many online viewers associate the character in the video with Erica Kirk, Drusky never mentioned her name in the skit or in the commentary. He also remained silent after the video went viral, leaving the internet to run with its own thoughts. At present, there is no real evidence of any exchange between them. What people see online is mostly based on modified images and assumptions, not actual interaction.
