Erica Kirk, widow of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, has been the subject of many rumors since Charlie Kirk’s death at Utah Valley University in September of last year. The rumors came with massive media attention after her husband’s death and her subsequent role as TPUSA CEO.

But the rumors show no signs of letting up. The latest rumor to hit Erica Kirk claims that Charlie Kirk wrote her out of his will and left all her earnings and wealth to her children. However, like many rumours, this claim also turned out to be false.
The rumor originated with a video by satire news website, Bull’s Nose News. It claims Charlie Kirk owes Erica Kirk “after he found out she was having an affair”. The parody post claims it “pissed off” Erica Kirk.
However, the video is satirical, and no reports or credible sources have confirmed that Charlie Kirk left Erica Kirk against her will. So far, there have been no reports of Charlie Kirk leaving a will before his death in September 2025.

Tyler Robinson’s court appearance22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who admitted to fatally shooting Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, is set to make his next court appearance in Utah on Tuesday, January 3. The court appearance comes as Tyler Robinson’s lawyers argue for a closed court without cameras. Erica Kirk, meanwhile, argued for the trial to be livestreamed.
Robinson’s attorneys are also asking Judd Tony Graf, who presided over the case, to disqualify a prosecutor from the case. They argue that the prosecutor’s son was attending Utah Valley University when Charlie Kirk was shot.
Tyler Robinson revealed in Discord chats and text messages to his family that he was involved in the shooting. It was his father’s advice to the police that led to his arrest.
