Looksmaxxing YouTuber Connor Murphy has reportedly become convinced that injecting gold into his body could give him… “Special powers” In the weeks leading up to his death, according to claims made by fellow Androgenic content creator.

Murphy, 32, died on July 7 after fleeing police and entering a lake near the luxury home he was renting in Thailand’s Samut Prakan province.

Androgenic claims that Murphy believed that ingesting or injecting gold would allow him to reach higher levels of consciousness and even communicate with other dimensions. He claimed that Murphy eventually began injecting gold as part of what he believed was an experiment.

The creator also claimed that Murphy painted parts of his house gold and became increasingly unstable. According to Androgenic, Murphy was eventually seen running around his neighborhood covered in blood and screaming before police were called to the scene.He further claimed that Murphy’s body showed a discoloration believed to be caused by gold poisoning. However, there has been no medical confirmation that Murphy suffered from gold poisoning, and Thai authorities have not verified any of these claims.

Police investigations continue while autopsy and toxicology reports are still pending

Thai media reported that Murphy was acting erratically near the rental property before officers arrived. When police attempted to approach him, he reportedly ran into a nearby lake and continued to swim further into the water until he became exhausted and disappeared below the surface.Divers searched the lake for about 30 minutes before recovering Murphy’s body about 65 feet from shore.

The initial examination reportedly did not reveal any signs of physical assault.Investigators also discovered two unused syringes on the front seat of Murphy’s car, along with unidentified white pills inside a waist pack. However, police did not link any of the findings to the allegations regarding gold injections or conclude that any substance contributed to his death.Additionally, Androgenic claimed Murphy was suffering from bipolar disorder, and said his friends had become increasingly concerned about his behavior in recent weeks.
