Tish celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary with Billy Ray shortly after Miley tied the knot with her ex-husband. Liam Hemsworth.

“After 30 years, five wonderful children and a lifetime of memories, we have decided to part ways – not with sadness, but with love in our hearts,” their statement read. “We have grown together, created a family we can be proud of, and now it is time to create our own paths. We will always be a family and look forward to a continued and loving shared experience as friends and parents.”
2026
In May 2026, Billy Ray publicly wished his ex-wife Tish a happy 59th birthday following their divorce. The singer shared an emotional video on social media of himself performing “Ready, Set, Don’t Go,” an emotional father-daughter song inspired by Miley. Alongside the clip, Billy Ray wished Tish “peace, love and happiness… forever.”
