Akash Singhania posted the phone conversation between the policeman and his father after he was acquitted of the false accusations made by Vitali in the live broadcast.
Indian man Akash Singhania has now revealed the phone conversation between a police officer and his father after he accused Russian YouTuber Vitaly Singhania of being a pedophile in a live broadcast.
The police officer who identified him as Officer Sanchez told Akash’s father that Akash was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was being taken in for questioning because he was not the suspect. The officer told Akash’s father that Akash had not been arrested and charged. Akash’s father asked the officer what he should do with people who bullied him and wrongly accused him. The officer said they would have to take legal advice if they wanted to prosecute the YouTuber and his assistants.
“You should. I feel really sorry for your son,” the officer said, adding that he would have done the same thing if he were the father.
Who are Akash Singhania and YouTuber Vitale? What is controversy?
Vitaliy is a Russian YouTuber who is known for harassing people, which is why he is called the “Spam Streamer.” He has been arrested or imprisoned several times in the past, including the most serious case in the Philippines, where he was detained for nearly 10 months and then deported. In an episode of Catching Child Predators, Vitale set up a sting and accused Indian-origin Singhania of being a child predator as they accused him of trying to meet someone knowing she was 16 years old.
Singhania said he never knew the person was 16, and when the YouTuber gang read some messages purportedly from Akash, Singhania said that was not his username; He is a different Akash. When Vitale realized they had the wrong person, he described Akash as “one of those tech-savvy, tech-savvy Indians.” Akash called the police while the gang continued to harass him over the content. Vitale issued an apology to Singhania and his family, but Singhania said the impact of the video and false accusations was significant.
“I have been subjected to harassment, judgment, and damage to my personal and professional relationships based on something that has now been proven to be false,” he said. “This false accusation, coupled with racism, harassment and bullying, has turned my life upside down,” Singhania said, posting the conversation between the police officer and his father. Singhania is the founder and CEO of Hotbox Vending LLC, according to his LinkedIn profile. The Dallas-based company provides vape, THC, and other alternative product vending solutions throughout the United States.
