Mohanlal shared screen space with Bharathiraja in the Malayalam blockbuster film ‘Thudarum’.In the film, Bharathiraja played the role of Stunt Master Palani Swamy, the mentor of Mohanlal’s character, “Benz” Shanmugham.Remembering the veteran director, Mohanlal wrote, “The director who found poetry in the soil, truth in silence, and soul in every frame.
