Deliveries of Nissan Graphite vehicles to customers are scheduled to begin next month. The CNG version will soon be launched in India as well
The newly launched Nissan Graphite enters the market with strong ownership benefits including a promotional plan that eliminates routine service expenses for a limited group of customers. The introductory benefit only applies to the first 5,000 confirmed reservations and covers scheduled maintenance for a full five years.
For customers beyond this initial payment, prepaid maintenance packages remain available for coverage of up to five years or 50,000km. Warranty support is another major advantage. Each unit is delivered with a factory coverage plan valid for three years or 1,000 kilometers while buyers can optionally extend protection for up to a decade or 2,000 kilometres.
Developed as the inaugural step in Nissan’s renewed product push, the three-row vehicle is locally manufactured at the alliance’s facility in Chennai with high local content based on the CMF-A+ platform like the Renault Triber. It includes C-shaped lighting elements, a long stance and sculpted bodywork along with LED lighting throughout, roof rails, a gloss black grille treatment, and wide-opening doors.

Buyers can choose from five exterior paint colors: Forest Green, Onyx Black, Blade Silver, Storm White, and Metallic Gray. Seating arrangements that can be configured to fit between two and seven passengers. A removable third row significantly increases luggage capacity – allowing the luggage space to be expanded up to 625 liters in certain trims, while three-row air conditioning, multiple storage areas and supportive seats add to its practicality.
It also features a centrally mounted touchscreen infotainment display with wireless smartphone integration, a fully digital instrument panel, wireless charging, automatic headlights, proximity-based locking functions, and parking sensors at both ends. Safety coverage is also extensive with more than thirty standard features such as six airbags, stability control, traction management, hill start assist and brake assist systems.

Power comes from a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated three-cylinder petrol engine that produces just 72bhp and 96Nm, mated to either a five-speed manual gearbox or an automated manual gearbox. Fuel efficiency claims are around 19.3 kilometers per liter for the manual and 19.6 kilometers per liter for the AMT.
The brand also has additional products such as a mid-size SUV planned for 2026 and a three-row SUV scheduled for launch in 2027 to further strengthen its domestic range.
