Earlier this year, Taylor Frankie Paul’s life was turned upside down.
I wonder when her Bachelorette Which season would air (if at all) became the least of her worries.
Her ex-husband, Tet Paul, has filed a lawsuit against her in court. The judge has already ruled against him.
But this time, he provides evidence via text messages regarding her mental health and hopes to win his case.

Previously, Tate Paul tried to file a restraining order against his ex-wife.
The court denied his attempt.
Now, he’s asking the judge to reconsider granting him a TRO against Taylor.
TMZ Reports indicate that the new Tate movement includes a number of exhibits.
Among them were texts from Taylor regarding her mental health.
Tate allegedly sent text messages from Taylor.
He says these photos show her refusing to explain her inpatient treatment, not telling him about her mental health crisis, and mentioning her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen recording their fights.
Tate provided records of calls and text messages involving others, such as members of Taylor’s immediate family.
Apparently he thinks all of this is relevant to his argument.
The couple share two children: Indy Ball, who turns nine next month, and Ocean Ball, who turns six in June.

Meanwhile, sources close to Taylor said TMZ The judge has already ruled, and the ruling speaks for itself.
I recently had the babies for a week.
Despite insinuations to the contrary, no one has proven that Taylor is an unfit mother.
Tate claimed he feared for the safety of their shared children. The court disagrees.
Taylor’s camp doesn’t believe Tate is making a serious complaint.

According to Taylor’s sources, it’s all part of Dakota and her friends harassing her.
We previously reported that she believes her ex-boyfriend, with whom she shares two-year-old son Ever, is “obsessed” and attempts to harass her.
Critics of the claim on social media have suggested that Tate may be operating independently, opportunistically trying to gain custody now while Taylor is arguably at her lowest point in terms of public image.
Meanwhile, outside of the court files, Taylor is working on herself and trying to be the best she can be, for herself and her children. This is encouraging!
