Soon after their marriage, the couple visited Vijay’s village, Thumanpet, in Mahbubnagar, Telangana. The newlyweds were welcomed by a large crowd of people who gathered to see them.

She wore a white saree with red border and completed her look with traditional jewellery. One viral video showed the actress getting on stage to wave to the crowd gathered to see the couple. She looked happy as she cupped her hands and bowed to them. On the other hand, Vijay was in his unofficial avatar.
