Mike Flanagan’s ‘Midnight Mass’ is now streaming on OTT, and the series has created a huge buzz around the world. The 7-part thrilling mini-series revolves around blending the themes of action, thriller and supernatural phenomena and became hugely popular as soon as it was released online.

What is the theme of “Midnight Mass”?
Set on the fictional Crockett Island, the series follows a dramatic story of vampires and faith. The miniseries’ official log line reads: “The arrival of a charismatic young priest brings glorious miracles, ominous secrets, and renewed religious fervor to a dying city desperate for belief.”The project was originally scheduled to be released as a novel. However, the script was later changed into a feature film.
The final product released was an OTT mini-series that swept fans by storm and became increasingly popular online. While speaking with Collider, the showrunner opened up above about how this project came about.“It’s definitely the most personal project for me,” he said, “because it deals with a lot of what I think about faith and religion, and what it means to be alive in the world, and what the hell happens when we die, and all the little questions like that.”
Mike is best known for his work on “The Haunting of Hill House” and “The Haunting of Bly Manor.”
