Maruti Suzuki India has significantly expanded its after-sales services in India, adding a record 502 new service touchpoints in FY 2025-26. This represents the company’s largest number of service additions in a single financial year, bringing its total network to 5,926 touchpoints across 3,000 cities and towns.The latest expansion aims to improve customer convenience and enhance service accessibility across metros as well as small towns and rural areas. The newly added facilities include a mix of ARENA and NEXA workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), along with mobile formats such as Service-on-Wheels and Bodyshop-on-Wheels.

Commenting on this development, Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director and CEO, said that easy access to service and spare parts remains a key factor for car buyers.
He added that the company is constantly working to ensure that customers can choose between multiple service options, whether that is visiting a workshop, choosing doorstep service, or obtaining assistance during long trips.

Maruti Suzuki’s service network has witnessed rapid growth in recent years. The company reached 1,000 touch points by 1997 after starting operations in 1983. It crossed the 5,000 touch point mark in May 2024, and has added nearly 2,000 touch points in the last five fiscal years alone.
