Passing a letter asking for help the way of someone who can help feels like a tense moment from a thriller.
According to one woman, she had that experience when she worked as a housekeeper for Kylie Jenner.
Unfortunately, this did not save her. She says her ordeal has gotten worse.
She is the second housekeeper to sue the beauty mogul within a week.

Another housekeeper has filed a lawsuit against the beauty mogul, alleging that she suffered cruel and unusual treatment while on the job.
Juana Delgado Soto filed a lawsuit against Kylie, her supervisor Itzel Cibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services.
Her lawsuit includes allegations of racial discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and failure to prevent or address harassment and discrimination.
According to court documents I obtained Los Angeles TimesSoto began working for Kylie in May 2019.
From the beginning, it seems like a miserable ordeal.

Soto alleges that during her first few years of employment, her supervisor withheld meal and rest periods from her.
In 2023, when Ciprian became her direct supervisor, she claims the situation escalated.
In 2024, she filed a complaint with Human Resources — after an incident in which Ciprian allegedly mocked and insulted her because of her accent, race, and immigration status.
During the incident, Cibrian allegedly called her stupid and made fun of her accent.
Due to the complaint, Ciprian was reportedly removed – but only temporarily. After Cyprian was reinstated, an alleged campaign of revenge began.

Things went from bad to worse
Soto says that in alleged retaliation for the HR report, Cibrian reduced her hourly wages, assigned unreasonable workloads, and changed her schedule.
Her files cite an incident in which she was preparing to leave work when Ciprian insisted she stay late or risk losing her job. She ended up missing her surprise party.
“No one cares about your birthday,” Cibrian allegedly told her. “Kylie’s having dinner.”
In late 2024, new housekeepers assumed leadership roles. Soto claims she was denied adequate leave following her brother’s sudden death.
Even as she worked through her grief, she claims staff “whispered” that she was “lying about her brother’s death and continued to force her to pick up the trash they had intentionally dropped on the floor.”

According to the court filing, Soto texted Kylie on the makeup mogul’s massage table just before giving her a massage.
“I want to express how horrific it is that I was mentally abused,” she reportedly wrote, detailing the alleged wrongdoing.
“I’m really sorry for telling you all about this,” Soto says. “I know you wouldn’t let this happen, if you knew about it.”
Her rescue did not come. Instead, the next day, Soto was allegedly told that she should never try to contact Kaylee again — she was threatened with termination, and told to avoid even giving her employer a second glance.
It is not known if Kylie actually received the letter. But Soto alleges labor and labor law violations, and is seeking an unspecified amount of punitive and compensatory damages.
