As 20y Century Studios and New Regency are gearing up to celebrate their 10th anniversaryy Anniversary of Alejandro G. Iñárritu The returnInsight Editions has announced a new publishing effort focusing on the Oscar-winning survival saga and behind-the-scenes details.

But this is not just a book. Working alongside Iñárritu and in partnership with New Regency, Insight is releasing a premium luxury book collection aimed at film and film book collectors. To up the collectibility factor, the package comes signed not only by Iñárritu, but by star Leonardo DiCaprio as well.

Making a return Housed in a custom clamshell box, the limited edition set includes two foil-sealed embossed volumes, as well as a traditional facsimile of the original shooting script.

One of the volumes is a replica of Iñárritu’s rare photography book, which was originally created as a personal gift for the cast and crew and reproduced exclusively for this volume.

The second volume is the actual one Making a return A book by author Gina McIntyre, offering an in-depth look at the film’s production, creative vision, and behind-the-scenes journey through detailed commentary and stunning photographs by photographer Kimberly French. The book also contains selections from photographers Jason Bell and Eros Hoagland, as well as images from Iñárritu’s personal archive.

The limited edition set is limited to just 500 numbered copies, signed by Iñárritu, DiCaprio, and cinematographer Emmanuel “Chivo” Lubezki, each of whom received an Academy Award for their work on the film.

While this alone should make the set highly desirable, within that batch there is a so-called Signed printed edition to Making a return. This book contains the books and texts mentioned above but also comes with an exclusive 16″ x 20″ giclee print on Hot Press Bright archival paper, signed by DiCaprio.

These editions, in which the collector receives a double dose of DiCaprio’s signatures, are limited to the first 150 of 500 numbered copies.

Both releases have a publication date of June 2 but are available for pre-order. Making a Return (Limited Edition) It retails for $750 and Making a Return (Signed Print Edition) It will sell for $1,100.

20y Back century and New Regency avenger to select Imax theaters nationwide on February 26 and March 1. It will also be re-released internationally in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.

To celebrate the film’s 10th anniversaryy Anniversary, Iñárritu will participate in a special Q&A panel discussion on February 26, where he will be joined by the film’s star DiCaprio via Zoom. There are still a few tickets left for this event but it is going fast.
