IFFCO records highest gross profit and performance in FY26, set to cross Rs 4,106 crore PBT

Indian Farmers’ Cooperative Fertilizers Limited has announced its highest ever profit before tax (PBT) for 2025-26, with expectations that it will cross Rs 4,106 crore, after a year of flat production and strong sales across fertilizer categories.The cooperative produced 90.62 thousand metric tons of fertilizer during the financial year. This included 48.28 lakh metric tonnes of urea and 42.34 lakh metric tonnes of products like NPK, DAP, water-soluble fertilizers and other specialty variants. High production levels were also recorded at Phulpur, Unla and Paradip units, along with improvements in operational efficiency and logistics, including port operations at Paradip.Total fertilizer shipments reached 119.68 thousand metric tons, reflecting continued demand. Conventional fertilizers accounted for 118.75 lakh metric tons of sales, covering urea, DAP and NPK variants.Nano fertilizers also contributed to overall volumes, with total sales exceeding 301,000 bottles. This includes 221 thousand bottles of Nano Urea Plus liquid and more than 64.89 thousand bottles of Nano DAP liquid. The cooperative also recorded first-year sales of Nano Zinc and Nano Copper.

IFFCO said it continued to work on products such as nanofertilizers and biostimulants, with the aim of improving nutrient efficiency and supporting soil health.The cooperative added that its focus remains on providing fertilisers, promoting balanced crop nutrition and supporting farmers through access to inputs and awareness on use.“As we enter FY 2026-27, let us move forward with inclusive collaborative growth and renewable energy, driven by innovation and a shared commitment to the growth of our farmers,” said Dilip Sanghani, President, IFFCO.
