Dubai has strengthened its role as a global humanitarian centre; Dubai Humanitarian Foundation facilitated the airlift of 96 metric tons of vital medical supplies to Afghanistan.The shipment departed Al Maktoum International Airport and arrived in Kabul as part of a coordinated response involving leading international agencies, including the World Health Organization, Doctors Without Borders and UNICEF.The shipment includes emergency health kits, essential medicines and primary healthcare supplies designed to support hospitals and clinics operating under severe restrictions. Officials confirmed that the shipment is expected to support more than 250,000 people for up to three months, helping to maintain continuity of care in critical areas.
