Cher says Elijah Blue Allman is unable to manage his finances
According to the report, she also claimed that her son could not manage his finances and had “no concept of money.” It was also added in a statement from the report that he was “unable to tolerate fraud or undue influence” due to his “severe mental health and addiction issues.”
