Border 2 Box Office Collection Day 20: Entering its third week, Sunny Deol’s war drama Border 2 saw a sharp decline at the box office, after receiving mostly positive reviews and maintaining a strong run in its first week. On the 20th, the third Wednesday, the film collected a miserable ₹1.75 crore as per Chagnilk estimates. As a result, India’s overall net collection was approximately ₹316 crore. The film has collected ₹426.5 crore worldwide.
On its third Tuesday, the 19th, the film collected ₹2.5 crore. Compared to its earnings of ₹2 crore the previous day, this was a 25% increase. Despite the slight increase, the weekday collection has generally seen a significant decline in the third week.
The Republic Day holiday helped Border 2 take an incredible opening, earning ₹30 crore on its first day and ₹59 crore on its first Monday. In terms of opening weekend collections, it also surpassed Durant. But like most big releases, it slowed down in the third week as usual.
