Aamir was visibly emotional after watching Ek Din at an earlier screening, where the lead actors were seen interacting with him.He praised Sai Pallavi, saying, “Sai has done an amazing job, you will be amazed. For me, Sai is the best actress we have in our country today.”
Talking about his son, he added with a touch of humour, “Junaid ne bhi thik thak kiya hai. Woh mera beta hai toh kuch bol nahi sakta (Even Junaid did a good job, but he is my son, so I can’t say much). In fact, all the cast members did a great job, and I am very happy for them.”

The story revolves around a young man who falls in love with his classmate but cannot confess his feelings, until fate gives him a chance to live out that wish for just one day.The film marks Sai Pallavi’s Bollywood debut and Junaid’s second theatrical release after Luvyappa. It is scheduled to be released in theaters on May 1, with pre-bookings opening unusually early to help build momentum.
