AskDisha 2.0 also known as Digital Interaction to Ask for Help Anytime is an AI and Machine Learning based chatbot powered by CoRover.AI. The chatbot supports Hindi, English and Hinglish languages and is available on the mobile app and website of IRCTC.
It facilitates many services offered by train ticket booking platform like booking tickets, checking PNR status, canceling tickets and more using simple commands with AskDisha 2.0.
Apart from this, AskDisha 2.0 also supports voice commands and provides users the option to access the service using voice commands to access the services.
