- 25 pitted honeydew dates (or 10 pitted Medjool dates)
- A quarter cup of golden berries
- 1 cup of gluten-free oats
- Zest of one lemon
How to prepare zinger bars for breakfast [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Place the oats in a food processor and grind them until the oats turn into small pieces. Add the golden raspberries, dates and lemon and mix until the mixture becomes sticky.
- Once the mixture becomes sticky, shape it into bars. Refrigerate it for a week. Feel free to double the batch to make more gingerbread bars!
