Ingredients you need for Breakfast Zinger Bars [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • 25 pitted honeydew dates (or 10 pitted Medjool dates)
  • A quarter cup of golden berries
  • 1 cup of gluten-free oats
  • Zest of one lemon

How to prepare zinger bars for breakfast [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Place the oats in a food processor and grind them until the oats turn into small pieces. Add the golden raspberries, dates and lemon and mix until the mixture becomes sticky.
  2. Once the mixture becomes sticky, shape it into bars. Refrigerate it for a week. Feel free to double the batch to make more gingerbread bars!
