Ingredients you need for this coconut and almond cake [Vegan]

1 box of vegetable ghee
6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 cup unrefined sugar
2 cups of water
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
Baking tray size 10 x 25 cm

How to prepare Choctastic cake with coconut and almonds [Vegan]

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking tray and line it with greaseproof paper. Set aside.
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the baking powder.
Heat water in a pot. Add the sugar, stir until it dissolves, then add the cocoa powder. Remove from heat and add ghee. Stir until all the butter melts. Set aside to cool.
Add the flour to the cocoa mixture. Add baking soda, lemon juice, coconut flakes and chopped almonds.
When the mixture is ready, place it in a baking tray and bake it in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
When ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
