Deep, dark and full of Spanish warmth, it’s a cocktail that wraps you like a velvet jacket with the spice of bourbon, the sweetness of sherry and a spark of orange zest.

50 ml bourbon – We use Wild Türkiye
15 ml Spanish brandy – We use Grand Duke of Alba
5 ml Liquor 43
5 ml Pedro Ximenez
4 drops of orange juice
1 cocktail cherry and 1 orange peelto decorate
Pour all the liquids into a mixing cup, add ice and stir gently – just three or four turns are enough. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice, garnish and serve.
