The Convergence Program brings the 6th edition of the Chennai Biennale to the city, as InKo Center and K-Art International Exchange Association celebrate 20 years of InKo Center’s celebration of Indo-Korean cultural dialogue. 93 contemporary artworks from Korea and India will showcase artistic voices across borders, celebrating collaboration, cultural exchange and creativity.

Echoes of the past on Periyamedu (Heritage Walk)

Periyamedu or Periyamet, is the confluence of Periya (large) and Meadhu (hill) in reference to this area of ​​Chennai which was at altitude. Known as the city’s leather trading hub, the walk meanders along bustling Raja Muthiya Road, formerly known as Sydenham Road, to explore the historic buildings in the vicinity.
