The video comes months after the Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday confiscated the immovable properties of a declared criminal of Hizbul Mujahideen operating from Pakistan, in Banzala Sopore, in May.

The police spokesman said that the declared culprit was Ghulam Muhammad Bhat, alias Haider, from Ruhama Raviabad. He said, “Investigations revealed that the accused illegally crossed into Pakistan-occupied Kashmir to obtain illegal training on weapons and ammunition and is linked to the banned terrorist organization HM and is currently operating from Pakistan.”
