Debki said the father of the NEET student, who died by suicide on June 18, came from Gujarat to ask a question to the education minister.

Mera beta sab ki jaisa hai hai, isko dehshatgarde bol rahi hai, (My son is like everyone else. They call him a terrorist) How can he talk like this? Show them my son,” the father said in the video, shared by the CJP.

Joining the CJP protest was activist Sonam Wangchuk, who began an indefinite hunger strike in Jantar Mantar on Sunday to press for Pradhan’s resignation over alleged examination irregularities.

The 18-year-old NEET student, whose father came to the CJP protest, allegedly died by suicide in Ahmedabad’s New Ranib area on June 18, just three days before the NEET UG re-exam.

The boy jumped from the balcony of his sixth-floor apartment in the Tragad area in the early hours of Thursday morning. A security guard spotted him lying in the common area of ​​the apartment complex and notified residents. He was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared his death.

CJP attack on Pradhan Dehchatgard attack

The CJP founder’s jibe was in reference to the minister’s recent interview, where he described the satirical group as “Team B of subversive elements.”

“They are Team B of subversive elements. Those who were rejected by democracy came in disguise and are now going after the regime. They are raising slogans for those who want to divide the country. They have been identified,” Pradhan said in an interview with NDTV.

Debaki criticized Pradhan’s statements, saying that the Minister of Education “has his hands stained with the blood of 17 students.”

“Dharmendra Pradhan calls us terrorists. But the irony is that he is the one who has the blood of more than 17 students on his hands,” Debaki wrote on X, accusing the minister of failing to address alleged irregularities in the country’s examination system.

The death of at least a dozen NEET aspirants has emerged as a controversial issue, with the Opposition and the CJP attacking the government over impeachment and alleged leakage of papers.
