  • Next, candidates should click on the “Admit Card for NEET (UG) – 2026 Re-examination” link, which will direct them to an external website.
  • They must then fill in their application number, password and captcha, then click Log In.

Ahead of the exam, the NTA issued new procedures and guidelines, with union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan appealing to students to “remain confident and focus on their studies”.

While issuing the admit card, the testing agency has urged candidates to verify their bank account details for refund before downloading it.

How to request NEET UG fee refund?

NTA has now opened the window to reconfirm/correct bank accounts for refund of May 3 NEET-UG 2026 exam fees.

Candidates were earlier given time to submit their bank account details through the registration portal. However, the NTA said some candidates provided “incomplete or incorrect details, including invalid account numbers and other discrepancies”.

She said she had received requests from candidates to verify and correct their data. “Consequently, in the interest of the candidates and to ensure that the refund reaches the correct beneficiary, NTA has decided to open a window to reconfirm/correct the bank account,” NTA said.

The National Admission Eligibility Test, a common test for admission to undergraduate courses in medical institutions, has become mired in controversy since the original test was canceled on May 3.

This came after it was confirmed that the question paper had been hacked. It was allegedly leaked at the source by the professors who were preparing the paper. Investigators later found that questions arrived on some candidates’ phones as early as May 1, two days before the test.
