The purpose of this exercise is to evaluate how quickly systems respond, identify gaps and ensure smoother coordination during real emergencies. This does not indicate any imminent attack or growing crisis.
Residents who notice temporary power outages or increased emergency activity are advised to remain calm and rely only on official communication channels for updates, as the drills are planned simulations designed to improve preparedness rather than indicate danger.
