Gyan Bindu Academy principal GS Roshan Anand, who was released on bail on Monday, accused teacher Faisal Khan of conspiring to kill him inside prison and planning to kill his brother in Nepal, Prabhat Khabar reported.

Speaking to reporters after being released on bail, Anand claimed that two alleged guards linked to Khan threatened him and conspired to kill him. He said he remained safe because of police protection inside the prison.
“Two of Faisal Khan’s guards threatened me and tried to conspire to kill me,” Anand said.
Court grants bail and dismisses conspiracy charges
Anand was granted bail by a Patna court, with his lawyer arguing that the prosecution’s case against him was based solely on conspiracy allegations and that he was not present at the scene.
The court noted that there were no allegations against Roshan Anand other than conspiracy, news agency ANI quoted lawyer Ramakant Sharma as saying.
“The court noted that the prosecution’s case against Roshan Anand is a case of conspiracy only; he was not present at the scene and there are no further charges against him.”
The court also observed that competition must remain healthy and teachers must conduct themselves in a manner befitting their profession, Sharma added.
Anand was among three people arrested after a violent clash outside the Khan Training Center in Patna’s Kadamkuan area on June 2.
Anand’s lawyer, Niranjan Kumar Singh, claimed that the charges against his client were “fabricated and politically motivated,” according to PTI.
The lawyer said, “Article 109 of the Attempted Murder Law was wrongly applied because the case lacked the legally required elements of intent, knowledge, and the presence of the accused at the crime scene.”
Roshan accuses Khan Sir of his brother’s death
Roshan Khan has been accused Owner of Kisan Cold Store, RS Prasad By conspiring and killing his brother, Prince Yadav, according to Prabhat Khabar. He further alleged that Khan “destroyed” many teachers in Patna and targeted several bookstore owners.
He said: “He is not a teacher, but an idiot.”
Yadav was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a hotel in Biratnagar, Nepal. Speaking to Hindustan Times over phone from Biratnagar, Morang Superintendent of Police Kapit Katwal said Yadav, 24, a resident of Saharsa in Bihar, was staying at Hotel Sobha in Traffic Chowk area of Biratnagar when he suddenly fell ill and was taken to hospital around 10:30 pm on Saturday.
Two demands are made
Roshan said he had two demands from the government – a CBI probe into his brother’s death and a second post-mortem examination in Bihar.
He added that he has full confidence in the “dual engine government” in Bihar and believes he will get justice.
