Just four days after a Delhi man died after falling into an uncovered pit in Janakpuri area, another youth fell into an open drain in Rohini area of the national capital.

Delhi Police and rescue teams have launched an intensive search for the missing person. The incident was reported from Begumpur police station area.
The official said the call about the incident was received at around 7.45 pm, after which rescue teams rushed to the spot, as per PTI report.
“Teams are on the spot and rescue operations are on,” the official said.
A 25-year-old man working in a private bank died on Friday last week Allegations of falling into dug pits by the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) on Joginder Singh Marg in West Delhi’s Janakpuri while riding his motorcycle late on Thursday, police said.
The body of the deceased and his motorcycle were found in a 20-feet deep pit, police said, registering a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (BNS), 2023.
