The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday said it has arrested PV Kulkarni, the alleged ‘ringleader’ behind the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak, alleging that a chemistry lecturer associated with the examination process accessed the question paper and dictated questions and answers to students during ‘special coaching classes’ held at his residence in Pune.
