“Krishnavataram Part 1: Heart (Hridayam)” received good response from the audience. Now the film has become tax exempt in Uttar Pradesh. The decision was taken after CM Yogi Adityanath attended a special screening of the film at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow on Sunday.

‘Krishnavataram’ is now tax exempt in Uttar Pradesh
The special show was organized in the wake of the expansion of the state cabinet on the same day and attracted a notable crowd. According to a PTI report, those present included Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak, several ministers, and other elected representatives. According to an official statement, the hall chanted slogans of “Krishna-Krishna” and “Rade-Rade” throughout the performance.
CM also took to the stage to personally congratulate the cast and crew.The Prime Minister directed the Information Department to arrange special shows in every district of the state so that the younger generations can meaningfully interact with the cultural and spiritual heritage of India.
Yogi Adityanath’s post on ‘Krishnavataram’
Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath took to his X account to congratulate the film’s team and also made a ‘tax relief’ announcement. The post stated: “Today, in the presence of Karim.
Governor Smt. @anandibenpatel Ji, I participated in the special screening of the Hindi film Krishnavataram, inspired by the divine glory of Lord Yogeshwar Lord Shri Krishna Ji, held in Lucknow with Mr. Members of the Council of Ministers.”It also read: “On this occasion, the artistes associated with the film were also honoured. The film Krishnavataram will be tax-free in Uttar Pradesh. Warmest congratulations and best wishes to all the members associated with the film.”
Sanskruti Jayana plays a role Satyabhama
The film is made from the perspective of Lord Krishna, one of the Ashtabhaaryas, Satyabhama. Sanskruti Jayana played the role of Satyabhama in the film. The actress is the granddaughter of UP Governor Anandiben Patel.
