Spanish actress, screenwriter and director Aina Clotet (This is not Sweden) He is clearly brimming with creative energy. and alive It is also the English title of her directorial debut film FIFAwhich will have its world premiere in the competition slate of the 65th edition of Cannes Critics’ Week, the sidebar that runs alongside the main Cannes Film Festival.

Clotet plays 40-year-old Nora. FIFA (alive) is produced by Edmond Roch at Ikiru Films and co-produced by Clotet’s Funcular Films, for which Marta Baldó, Aina, Marc Clotet and Jan Andreu also have production credits. Nilo Zimmerman is the cinematographer, with editing by Aina Calleja. Loco Films handles international sales.
