Comedian Samay Raina brought back his popular show ‘AAP Brush kyun Nahi Karte?’ joke in the premiere of ‘India’s Got Latent Season 2’, and it seems to have stirred things up again.
The joke reopened his ongoing feud with fellow comedian Sunil Pal, who wasted no time in responding with a witty response of his own, keeping their funny conversations going.
Sunil Pal replies to Samay Raina with Instagram early
Sunil Pal chose to address the ongoing controversy by sending a direct message to Samay Raina via Instagram Reel. The video had imitation artist Jay Verma doing an instant impression of Samay’s signature style, while Sunil delivered his lines.
Without wasting any time, Sunil opened the video with a fun jibe on Samay’s name before getting to the viral ‘brush joke’. “Samay Raina, main tujhe issliye maaf kar raha hoon kyunki raat ke time hum show karte hai aur tere naam ka matlab hi raat ka time hai.
Samay matlab waqat aur raina matlab rat. Raat ke time ki hum respect karte hai.
We respect the night.”) he said.
Sunil Pal delivers a brutal punch on Samay Raina
With Jai continuing his impression in the background, Sunil wasn’t done yet and delivered another sharp blow straight at Samay. “Bhai, master brush Nahi karta Hoon Tune Aisa Mujhe Bola tha Na? Par Samay Raina tu toh Brush karta hai, tere muh se itni gandagi kyun nikalti hai bhai?” (Translation: “You told me I don’t brush my teeth, didn’t you? But you actually brush your teeth – so why do you have such dirt coming out of your mouth, man?”) He mocked.
‘India’s Got Latent’ Season 2 is off to a strong start
‘India’s Got Latent’ Season 2 had a great start and quickly reached the top spot on Netflix India after its release. The show can be watched on both Netflix and Samay’s YouTube channel, with the same content and runtime on both platforms. Samay also promised fans that the show will keep its original “no filter” style intact. The first episode was a big one, with Alia Bhatt and Sharvari joining as guest judges while promoting their upcoming film Alpha. New episodes will be released every two weeks.
