Taylor Frankie Paul will not face new charges following investigations into domestic violence allegations conducted by Utah authorities.
The Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office decided not to file charges after two separate investigations conducted by the Draper Police Department and the West Jordan Police Department, the office announced Tuesday, according to Salt Lake Tribune.
“Given the defendant’s high profile, the cases were reviewed by multiple attorneys,” the statement read.

The events that occurred within the statute of limitations reportedly “lack sufficient evidence to support criminal charges as the state must be able to prove such allegations beyond a reasonable doubt.”
“Such incidents lack specificity as to when and what actually occurred or corroboration,” the Salt Lake City District Attorney’s report notes, according to ABC 4. “Based on the evidence submitted for examination by the Draper Police Department and the West Jordan Police Department, the Salt Lake City District Attorney’s Office declines to file any charges.”
